Dr. Miller makes you feel like a million bucks when you walk in there and a million when you walk out! He explains things in detail, listens and addresses topics. This day in age to be able to have a Doctor provide excellent care, truly know what he’s doing, does it with his whole heart, treats the patient like #1 and good looking to boot! It’s a rarity! The staff at Authier Miller Paper Eyecare work hard to make you feel like family. They have great doctors and staff members that care about each other and everyone that comes in. When I took my son for the first time he was very nervous. They made him feel so comfortable that he loves going to the eye doctor now. They explained everything to him in a way that made him less nervous. If you have questions or problems they are more than willing to help you out and get them answered. Authier Miller Pape Eyecare is a wonderful place to go for eyecare!

AMP is a great place to take your family for eyecare. They are quick, caring and thorough. We use them for our regular checkups and my daughter orders her contacts through them. They are always willing to help us with any questions or concerns. Great family oriented facility.

Completely lied to about pricing and became rude and defensive once it was questioned.

They made me fight for my prescription that was about to expire but I still had the ability to buy contact before it did. After they refused I went there and asked again for my prescription, explaining that I had paid for it.They explained that I could then take it and order contacts for longer than the prescription would allow for. I explained I just wanted to order enough for the next couple months until I had time to get a new exam. They refused again explaining that I could buy contact for past my prescription expiration.I had done my research and in many states this same prescription is good for 2 years. They said they would not give me my prescription but they could sell me contact for past the time the prescription would expire.. By 6 months for much more expensive than what I normally buy them online.I explained that I have the right to buy elsewhere and asked again for my prescription as it didn't make sense that I could buy from them past the expiration date but not someone else.So they gave me my prescription that was from the year before.. When I looked at it I said this isn't the right one and they said that is the only one they will give me.So I called another eye doctor, explained the situation and she explained I have every right to have it and said she could transfer my information if she set me up as a new patient. I said sounds great because I needed a new eye clinic anyway and had already been referred to them by a friend.Authier Miller Pape ACTUALLY REFUSED to send my patient information to my new doctor.. Which btw I have the right to have access to all my medical information as well as authier is lawfully responsibile to transfer my patient paperwork to a new doctor.I ended up having to use my contact longer than I should and set up an appointment with my new doctor a couple months later where I have much more caring doctors and staff. And not trying to force their patients to buy from them. Feidler all the way!

As a first timer to an eye doctor, I was nervous. From the moment I walked in the door, I was set at ease. The staff was very friendly and courteous as well as very knowledgeable in every aspect. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
